Clock About uses Australia Post to deliver your order.  Australia Post standard delivery times are between 3-10 days.   You can rest assured that we do everything we can to ensure your parcel is delivered on time. However, occasionally some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over.  In these circumstances, Clock About will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.

The cost of shipping is clearly indicated when you place an order, and is included in the invoice total.  Orders are generally processed and posted in 2-3 working days after payment has been cleared.  Where the item may not be in stock, and require ordering from our suppliers, shipment may take longer.  We will advise you of approximate delivery times, should this be the case.
