b) the product must be returned to us at your expense with proof of purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase;

c) the product must be unused and in it's original condition, including it's original packaging, and

Defective Product Return

There is a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty on all Formotion products.  To validate this Warranty, you must complete the Warranty Registration form.

Our products are guaranteed to be free from material or workmanship defects.  Should you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements for exchange and/or return.
